# AskRight

> We help leaders move forward with AI, starting with real work, in ways that strengthen the business and the people behind it. Coaching, programs for organizations and keynotes. Based in Toronto, working internationally. Our thesis: in an age where AI can generate a million answers, the advantage goes to people who know which question to ask ("the Question Economy").

AskRight is Panos Panagiotakopoulos (PhD, P.Eng.) and Kent Peel (BASc, LLB), named Seneca Polytechnic's two AI Thought Leaders in 2024, with Shalini Jaggan leading business development. We are independent: we do not resell software or take vendor commissions.

Bring one real decision, document or task. Every engagement follows four steps: Experience (use AI on your own work), Understand (see what changed), Redesign (decide how the work should run now), Embed (make it a habit so each new capability gets put to work).

- [Seneca Polytechnic case study](https://askright.ai/seneca/): as Seneca's AI Thought Leaders (2024 to 2026) we led its AI adoption: hands-on workshops (4.6 out of 5 across 51 evaluations), dozens of consultations, Generative AI Policy and practical guidance, a tool approval process, the MyTutor pilot (21 course sections), the case for the AI Lab, and a community of practice of hundreds of colleagues.
