Practitioners, not hype merchants
AskRight grew out of our work leading AI adoption at Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto: colleague to colleague, from the bottom up, on real work, with policy and practice moving together. Now we bring the same approach to leaders and organizations everywhere.
A systems thinker and an educator, in the same room
AI changes two things at once: how work flows through an organization, and how people learn to do that work. Panos looks at the first, Kent at the second. Every engagement needs both.
Panos: how the work flows
Systems thinking, business design and more than 20 years in sustainability strategy. He maps where decisions are made, how information moves, and what changes elsewhere when one part changes.
Kent: how people learn
An engineer by training who practised employment law, then spent years teaching at Seneca with deep expertise in educational technology. A high-energy trainer who makes new tools feel approachable.
Together: why we start with real work
Panos sees what should change in the system; Kent makes sure people can change it. Working on a real task is where both happen at once.
Built inside one of Canada's largest polytechnics
In 2024 Seneca Polytechnic named Kent and Panos its two AI Thought Leaders. Together they led its AI adoption: they helped write its AI policy, made the case for the Seneca AI Lab, and built a community of practice of hundreds of colleagues, helping faculty, staff and administrators bring generative AI into their daily work.
That peer-to-peer model, where people learn on their own work with someone beside them, is the heart of everything AskRight does.

Critical adoption, not cheerleading
We are enthusiastic about AI and sceptical of hype. That tension makes our advice more useful.
Human-centred
AI should make people better at their work, not replace their judgment. People stay in charge of every decision.
Practical and no-code
No technical overwhelm. We show, step by step, with tools your team already has, so they can use AI right away.
