Bring your work
For institutions, public bodies and growing organizations

Start with the question, not the tool

Adding AI to a broken process gives you a faster broken process. We help leadership teams decide what should change, then bring their people along, from the front line to the boardroom.

How a program runs: the same four steps, at organization scale

Four phases, one measure of success: it sticks

Experience

Leaders and staff use AI on their own tasks in hands-on sessions.

  • Alongside, we map where you are: the customer or student journey, the bottlenecks, your data and your team's confidence with AI

Sectors we have worked with

Universities and colleges

We led AI adoption at Seneca Polytechnic from the inside: AI policy people could follow, hands-on workshops rated 4.6 out of 5, an AI tutor in 21 course sections, the AI Lab and a community of hundreds of colleagues. Read the Seneca story

Airports and travel

We have trained staff at İGA Istanbul Airport across several cohorts since 2025, connecting AI tools to airport work, privacy and human oversight. In 2026 we rebuilt the program around AI agents, with a "Save the Workflow" exercise on real operational processes.

Mining and security technology

Two-day workplace AI programs for First Quantum Minerals and i3 International, with participants using AI on their own work.

The same method works wherever people do knowledge work. Tell us about yours.

Independent by design

We don't resell software or take commissions from vendors, so our advice follows your goals. When a program needs specialists we don't have, such as facilities or cybersecurity, we bring in trusted partners and stay accountable for the whole.

Where we work

Based in Toronto. Working internationally. Coaching and training can run online; keynotes, workshops and diagnostics happen on site.
